PUBLIC/PUBLIC Partnership
The national partnership requires close coordination with various national public sectors in order to provide the opportunity to define the conditions and modalities for carrying out actions aimed at developing training, scientific research, and technical support for innovative projects in scientific, social, cultural, sporting, etc., fields. This is achieved through coordination with the university's partnership centers (CARRER CENTER, Entrepreneurship Center, Innovation Center of UH2C) to find organizational forms and methods for expanding the current partnership space in order to maximize and strengthen national potential and involve as many national actors as possible.
Hassan II University of Casablanca (UH2C) is actively committed to strengthening public- public partnerships to promote regional and national development. The initiatives implemented focus on several key areas:
- Collaboration with Local Authorities
UH2C establishes close ties with the region and local communities to contribute to observatories and think tanks dedicated to Casablanca. This collaboration aims to participate in the realization of major regional development projects by bringing academic expertise to local initiatives.
- Research Orientation towards Development Issues
The university encourages its researchers to focus their work on significant development challenges for Morocco, integrating studies on social and territorial phenomena. This initiative values research in humanities and social sciences (HSS) and includes the promotion of systematic patent filings for innovations, as well as participation in forums, excellence awards, and national and international competitions. This aims to enhance the impact of HSS on contemporary issues and contribute to a better understanding of social and territorial dynamics within the country.
- Support for Innovation and R&D Projects of Companies
UH2C supports innovation and research and development (R&D) projects of companies, notably through programs such as the Morocco Incubation and Spinoff Network (RMIE) and the INNOV’ACT program. These initiatives aim to strengthen collaboration between the academic environment and the industrial sector to stimulate innovation.
